SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Your order will be shipped same day if received before 1:00 pm EST, otherwise it will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend we will ship it out on the next business day. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email notification with a tracking number to track the status and delivery date of your order. *Average transit time is between 2 and 4 days. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes unless we are contacted first to quote additional shipping charges.
*FREE SHIPPING: Is for continental US only. Canadian customers will be charged shipping at checkout. All duties and import taxes will be paid by receiver. Please have a customs broker account or it will delay shipment.
Please note: We only ship to addresses within the continental UNITED STATES or CANADA for orders placed online. You will only pay actual shipping cost.
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
