No insulation vacuum bags on the market are HEPA rated and should not be used for the removal of asbestos insulation. This product is not a low dust bag. Handles are designed to aid in moving bag but not rated for total bag when when full so use with caution.
If you've spent any time running an insulation removal crew, you know that the bag is never just a bag. It's a bottleneck, a blowout risk, a back injury waiting to happen, and a constant interruption to what should be a smooth, high-efficiency insulation removal operation. The RAM FLEXBAG with EZ Fill Collar and Handles was engineered to eliminate every one of those problems — and in doing so, it has become the most talked-about insulation removal bag in the professional contractor market.
Size That Changes the Math on Every Job
The single biggest productivity killer in blown-in insulation removal is bag changes. Every time your vacuum operator has to stop, swap a bag, and restart, you're burning time and money. The FLEXBAG's industry-leading capacity holds more insulation per fill than any other bag currently available — meaning fewer stops, fewer swaps, and a measurably faster insulation removal job from start to finish. On large attic insulation removal projects, the difference in bag changes between a standard insulation vacuum bag and a FLEXBAG can add up to an hour or more of recovered productivity per job.
Strength That Handles Whatever the Attic Throws at It
Standard insulation removal vacuum bags fail for one reason: they weren't built for insulation removal. They're built for general debris, not for the punishing combination of fiberglass shards, cellulose dust, roofing nails, wire fragments, and decades-old attic debris that a commercial insulation removal vacuum generates at full speed. The FLEXBAG's reinforced flex-grade poly construction is purpose-engineered for exactly this environment — stretching and absorbing stress rather than splitting under it. The result is a bag that virtually eliminates mid-job blowouts, protecting your crew, your equipment, and your job site from the mess and delay that a failed insulation removal bag creates.
The EZ Fill Collar: A Better Way to Change Bags
Anyone who has wrestled with a floppy bag opening while trying to connect it to a running insulation removal vacuum knows exactly why the EZ Fill collar matters. The rigid, shaped collar of the FLEXBAG holds the bag mouth open and properly aligned with the vacuum outlet, eliminating the fumbling, repositioning, and wasted insulation that comes with standard bag changes. Your operator connects the bag, fills it, and moves on — clean, fast, and frustration-free. For high-volume insulation removal operations running multiple bags per job, the EZ Fill collar pays for itself in time savings before the first attic is even halfway cleared.
Handles That Redefine How You Move Insulation Bags
Here is where no other insulation removal bag on the market can compete. The FLEXBAG is the only professional insulation vacuum bag engineered with integrated heavy-duty carry handles — and once your crew has used them, they will never want to work without them again. Moving a fully loaded insulation removal bag across an attic floor, dragging it to a hatch, lowering it down a ladder, loading it into a truck — every one of these movements is physically demanding and injury-prone when you're working with a handleless bag. The FLEXBAG's handles turn a two-person struggle into a manageable one-person task, reduce the cumulative physical strain on your crew over the course of a long insulation removal job, and make the entire process of insulation disposal faster and safer from start to finish.
For insulation contractors focused on profitability, crew safety, and job site efficiency, the RAM FLEXBAG is not an upgrade — it's a necessity.
